I can't seem to find it now, but someone mentioned, as far as I can remember, what seemed to be disappointment that there was no official update from NTM on the investigation. IMO, since this investigation is supposed to be "independent", to me, it would seem inappropriate for NTM to be offering updates. Again, just my opinion.

However... Although I'm happy to hear about the retreival of documents (although I suspect upon closer look, they will find some gaps...), I find 6 and 15 to be very disappointing numbers. 6 - the number of staff whose house could be hit with a wayward volleyball. 15 - the size of two out of 14 classes.

Very disappointing. I really hope that they can do better than this.

I would like to emphasize that the investigative team won't be "hounding" MKs. If someone isn't ready or willing to talk, they won't keep trying to get information from them. If anyone WANTS to share their story, then they need to contact Rich and let him know. The team has tried to get contact info on MKs and make initial contact or get the team's info out there so that MKs can contact the investigative team if they want. Remember, when MNTB was trying to get contact info on MKs and a lot of people on the forum were upset because they felt it was intrusive and insensitive. Well, without contact info and without MKs wanting to talk, the investigative team won't be able to do much with little info. Also, this isn't the investigative teams only "work" they are doing now. They are very busy people with a full agenda. Not to minimize the importance of the investigation, but just like the rest of us have a lot going on, they do too.
I have spoken with Rich by phone and I am looking forward to doing whatever I can to help.
