When you are praising, you can't think of other things.
We started feebly in Psalms, overlooking the verses about what God does to enemies and concentrating on the praise verses. Writing them down. Thinking about them. Praying them back.
That's one way we got thru our abuse. Praise is absolutely necessary. And becomes a joy.

When my yoke is hard and my burden is heavy I am pulling the wrong wagon. When I look back to check and see all that God has done for me my yoke gets easier and my burden lighter. Thank You Lord.
