From the manual, page 6: "CONTACTING THE AUTHORITIES
"...NTM‐USA will work with the local church leadership for assistance in appropriate reporting in the host country."

This is important for what it does not say. It does not say that all cases of sexual abuse will be reported to law enforcement agencies in the country where the offense occurred ("host country") and in the passport country of the offender, whether or not it is mandated by US federal or state law or by the laws of the foreign country.

Again, we see an overriding desire to do the least that must be done, hiding behind what is "mandated." The result is grossly unfair to the victims, their families and to society at large. Whatever this is, it is not justice.

Nov. 28--An Orange City man who was the former head of a foster-parent association has been arrested on charges of child abuse and lewd and lascivious molestation, officials said Monday. George Allen Goolde, 61, told investigators he was having inappropriate contact with a 7-year-old and a 10-year-old, police said. Police wouldn't identify the gender of the children. Goolde was arrested Saturday after someone called the Department of Children & Families' abuse hotline to accuse the man of physically and sexually assaulting two children, said detective Sgt. Jason Sampsell, a spokesman for the Orange City Police Department.

What were the circumstances surrounding NTM's internal investigation of George Allen Goolde? According to reports in the press, these investigations turned up no incidents of concern. Does this mean it is safe to assume ...
... that NTM did not call the abuse hotline and report finding nothing?
... that NTM conducted their own internal investigation first, without alerting the authorities?

The two little boys dressed in black suits and bow ties told the jury about their routine: a prayer, an occasional story, a back rub and then, sometimes, the man would fondle them.

George Allen Goolde of Orange City said he was doing what he thought the boys wanted.

But the jury of five men and one woman said Tuesday that what Goolde was doing was a crime.

It took them 25 minutes to convict Goolde on two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation.

Circuit Judge James R. Clayton immediately sentenced the 62-year-old Goolde to 25 years in prison on each count, for a total prison stay of 50 …

Twenty five minutes to reach a verdict! I suppose it is easier to conduct an investigation after the perp has confessed. Or, maybe not. Les Emory confessed. . . .

B and E--Finally admit to a cult like mentality and urge their members to stand up, fight for justice, love and protect their families, and admit to the sin that has engulfed them for so many years!!!!!!

I vote b, but it, in itself, will not be "measureable" until the internal/external investigations are well underway, if not almost finished (is not collusion real and really a factor in this?)

E - Have EC resign, appoint an outside board to reorganize NTM top to bottom leadership, and system and deal with all abuse including spiritual abuse, transition then to all new leadership who espouse new Biblical leadership and community values.
