Apart from trying to affirm people that they are important to God and when we serve we are serving Him not New Tribes so where ever we are we have value and worth because we belong to Him. I am His and He is mine. He is our great reward, our portion in this life and in the life to come - eternity. I'm learning this myself and I want to always try to point people back to the Lord and what does He say about them and who they are. Maybe this is what we should be praying for that God would show NTM leaders that they need to be modeling Christs servant leadership style and if they don't that God would remove them from that position. I believe in the power of prayer and Gods power to change hearts and minds.

Lord, help me to learn how to hang on tight to You when my life is rocked by dramatic change. Help me to stop confusing a change in my circumstances with a change in my security status. You are my security, O God. You are the one sure thing. When everything around me shakes, You are unshakable. ~Beth Moore
