I am grateful for the mother of a couple of kids I went to school with. She gave me a cross-stitch kit - a Precious Moments design. If I had not started on that hobby I am sure to have gone completely bonkers by now... nah, years ago!

I have stitched millions of stitches... hundreds of different projects. Thanks Mrs. M for getting me started.

It is amazing how just little things like a cross stitch kit can give a life time of comfort. I am happy for you Marie that you have that. Do you do some of your own designs?

Wess Sraffod in his new book talks about how just a word or an action can give a child a life changing moment. I always try to really see kid if even for just a second as they pass.
