As I read Scripture, that verse applies to my heart. It applies to all the hearts at 1000 E. First St, Sanford.

If our hope is in men and men's institutions, we are of all people most hopeless.

Lawsuits and prosecutions may or may not change the human heart. God is the only one that bring healing, help, hope, forgiveness.

Pictures can be deceptive, but Sandusky doesn't seem a like a person who understands the horror he has caused in the lives of so many people.

New Tribes Mission doesn't seem to understand the horror it has caused in the lives of so many people. Its website still has a Sandusky-like smile.

Sandusky provided this version of events in the statement: “A young man who was dramatic, a veteran accuser, and always sought attention, started everything. He was joined by a well-orchestrated effort of the media, investigators, the system, Penn State, psychologists, civil attorneys and other accusers. They won.”

The idea of a conspiracy is one that Sandusky’s attorney, Joe Amendola, tried to convey to jurors during the trial. Amendola challenged the credibility of the victims, pointing out inconsistencies in their accounts, exposing problems in their pasts and questioning their motives.
