I think she got attacked too harshly last time she posted.

There are probably some NTMers who read here but don't think it's safe to post anything.

This feels like a long and lonely voyage to some of us stubborn forum members who are still hanging on, refusing to drift away.

I agree with you Raz. I think more are reading than posting. I think many are astounded and saddened but Andy I think is right that it is our place to vent and talk and dispute amongst ourselves.

Too true, much as I'd like to sit down and have a chat with my MK friends, there are large bodies of water that prevent this (and my swimming is not that good ).
So this is way of communicating is fine and maybe one day I'll wander across the ocean and annoy people in person .

Actually wasn't there a chorus about that?

On April 24, under "Lawsuits Filed Against NTM", Tuti posted:

"I had heard that this was why NTM had chosen to fight the lawsuit because they wanted to go to mediation. I was told that mediation moves a lot faster and is less expensive for everybody concerned. Having said that I guess we will have to wait and see if that is the case. I'm proud of Jane Doe sticking with it and I pray she will get what she feels is a fair settlement.
It is absolutely nauseating that the creep Les Emory is still free as a bird."

That caused quite a stir among us! NTM chose not to fight Jane Doe 7's lawsuit BECAUSE they wanted to offer her the gift of mediation??? This was too shocking of a claim not to react to!

When I said, "I think she got attacked too harshly last time she posted," the word "too" was meant from her perspective, not from my own.

It has also occurred to me that Tuti's silence may not be voluntary. She may have been PMed in that other way all too familiar to us old-timers (personal ministry) and told to stop giving us such inflammatory information.

I am no longer privy to the private "for our eyes only" communication that is circulating within NTM these days. But I have been told there have been communiques that Tribers have received which they have been told not to share with others.

Maybe the deafening silence is not apathy.

Maybe it's fear.
