I hope this attempt to bring some closure to this long, drawn-out process will be successful.

I'd be very interested how this occured, what was the catalyst that changed the course to mediation?

Will any settlement be on public record?

I think settlement amounts and details are usually highly confidential. And I think the mediation process may also involve some restrictions as far as any further speaking about the case or about the organization.

Alas I'm at the bottom of the world and I pity the poor MK who tries to take on NTM Australia for compensation, which is where I suspect any Australasian MK will be told that is who they must deal with.

I wonder if Jane Doe could negotiate for her "hideous beasts" head on a plate so to speak as part of the conditions of the agreement. You know......if she's not going to be able to speak about it I'd be calling for them to hand over all the evidence on that perp.....I'd be going for everything I could.....No.1 NTM ASSISTING IN PUTTING HIM IN PRISON since THEY HID/PROTECTED HIM for so long and the evidence.

My parents were sent out to a tribe where there was something drastically wrong with the couple that were there. No one else wanted to go there, so send the poor mugs who would do what they were told.

My mother is a very conservative private woman, so it really must of rocked her world when she found out that the female missionary was a rather impulsive passionate lesbian.

My parents were ejected from NTM for reasons that have never been fully explained. But I see that the missionary in question is still with NTM and it was hardly a secret what was going on, because my mum wasn't the first to find out about the interesting sexual tendencies.

So Radioshack, I honestly believe you are hitting the mark. NTM PNG treated us a "lesser beings" and I doubt they want to face it now either.
