No, we aren't being singled out. Not yet, but MItt Linsanity seems to have it in for me . It's that if someone posts something between when you hit the Reply button and Submit button, you get another screen you have to click on or it gets lost.

See Mitt, you're smarter AND faster than I am. I figured out that posting problem before the hard way - I wrote a long note earlier and then it got lost.

In the past, both Tambo MK and myself have expressed our concern at the ease with which a name can go on the list. I am sorry, but it is because of the irresponsiblity of those running this forum that we are having these discussions. And there are those who equate the word "accused" with "abuser." Yes, there are times that I would like to put a stick of dynamite under someone's chair that get them off their lazy buttocks and do something. But, I have also expressed my views in the past on some of the posts concerning what goes on here. Yes, I want justice for those who have been abused. But, like it or not, justice is a two-sided coin. Those who have been accused also deserve their day in court, and not the court of public opinion. It would appear that on these forums that this is the court that most are interested in. Yes, criminal acts should be sanctioned according to the laws of the land. Yes, NTM should be held accountable. But, some of what I see here is that people are thinking with their emotions, and not with their heads. I do not know what I would do were I in the shoes of Mitt. Waiting 30 years for justice to be served. Knowing that your little sister was repeatedly abused. Knowing that NTM will not acknowledge culpability. I would be outraged as well, just as Amazon Man was over learning of his father's name on "the list." But I will not allow my emotions to cloud my objectivity, Lord willing and the creek don't rise.

Slight correction. One of the names on the "summary of abuse", has served jail time for crimes committed while within NTM. It was not however NTM who placed him in the dock, but his brave victim. The fact that NTM Australia gave the order that the matter be not made public (despite being asked otherwise by those involved in the case) and their declining to answer any e-mails about the case, does not bode well.
The fact that the only person on the list to serve jail time is in fact a New Zealand citizen I leave the interpretation and implications to others, not wishing to cast dispersions on the judicial systems of other countries, of which my experience is limited.
