Hey Dad,

Good news. I think NTM will be sending a couple of their leaders over to see you soon. You see when our neighbour was jailed for sex abuse, they thought he might have emezzled money too, so they sent two leaders over to confront him. Of course the fact that he committed sex crimes was not of that much concern, but the possibility that money was missing had alarm bells ringing real loud.

Now I've done a bit of research. You were ejected from NTM in your early sixties. Pension age is not till 65, but you never had a paying job, so how did you support yourself, buy a house e.t.c.? Very simple, you either didn't tell people you were no longer in NTM, or you told them what you told me, you "retired or resigned". Therefore people kept supporting you, when if they had known that you'd been kicked out, they probably wouldn't. Sounds a bit like fraud to me.

So when someone from NTM reads this (and they do), they'll be good faithful servants and pass this on, then the questions will start, because they might be slow to act on sex abuse and cover ups, but mess with the money supply at your peril. But don't worry they'll probably send the two Australians who suffer from amnesia and won't be able to remember they've been to New Zealand when questioned.

I'm quite happy to have anyone investigate my claims or version of events. So far no one has disputed my facts, yet I know this is being read by NTM supporters in Australasia and no doubt being passed on and discussed.
While I have had no reply to the e-mails I have sent to NTM Australia (or their new derivative Cross View), I have been able to piece together enough of the events in which I am interested in from other sources, to draw the conclusion that what they are covering is at the best an awful choice of poor judgement that has impacted the lives of a lot of people in a negative way.
To chase a jailed paedophile for possible fraud, but not be interested enough in the crime for which he was jailed to warn others of the danger they were in is an incredible act of selfish stupidity. To then cover it up by saying "it was handled appropriately" and then adopting a freeze on any further correspondence is hopeless, because it now raises further questions and a lot more suspicion as to how deep this mess goes.
And therein lies the problem. The deeper I investigate this mess, the more people are implicated and found to be lying for each other, their missions and their own reputation. And somewhere in all that mess is the one person I should have had the ultimate trust and faith in, my father!

I've been thinking what I resent most about my NTM experience and I think I've nutted it out.

It's not the money that was stolen, although I feel guilty that our family lived on money acquired from people under what are dubious pretences. It's not living in an isolated community and missing out on the pleasures of western society. And it's not the treatment dished out by fellow MKs because they couldn't understand someone who was different, as they were dealing with their own demons.

What I resent is the waist of time. I only have one shot at life on this earth and much of the formative years were spent listening to endless Religo Babble, making me feel guilty and a worthless human being who had to aspire to impossible standards that it turns out were not being kept by those who preached the loudest. And then the time of other people I wasted as I found my feet back in normal society and stuffed up relationship after relationship without realising it was because of the mess in my own head. I'd lost the ability to stop being used by other people, the abitlity to say "No" and "enough is enough" and stop being a doormat. I'll never get that time back.

Yes the waist of time is regretable, but looking forward is far brighter than looking back and that in its own way is satisfying. The hardtimes make the goodtimes seem even better. The advantage of not having had the silver spoon in my mouth as a child, is the appreciation of when things start to come right, it is a more exhlirating experience.

Time to call it a day.
