Oh Brilliant, I get a long time achievement award. Don't tell me it's a plaque that says "Fanda Eagles Magpie award, for writing the most bizzare nonsense" 8-)

Which reminds me, I've just realised that if I'm the progeny of a Magpie and a Duck that would make me a Muck, well how appropriate. Of course if I'd been the offspring of a Magpie and a Goose, then I would have been a Moose, which sounds much nicer. Oh well, can't pick ya parents  !

It's the Fanda Eagles Love To EAT Magpies Award.
And don't you dare send it back.
You CAN write a poem about 4 and 20 blackbirds etc.

Lets see, what we can do, a poem about 4 and 20 Magpies and Mary and her little lamb:

Mary and her little lamb
Planned a cullinary surprise
They caught 4 and twenty Magpies
Obnoxious were their cries

Mary baked them for three weeks
In a lovely stewing pot
Thinking that was enough
To tenderise the lot

But when Mary and her little lamb
Tasted the Magpie Stew
They threw out the lot
And with the pot made do

For the pot tasted tender
Compared to that Magpie mess
So it was put on the garden where
What it did to the plants was anybodys guess

:P :P

POISONED THEM ALL!
I shouldn't have egged you on.
But I am glad I did.
Did Mary put bitter herbs in?
She didn't need to.

OH!
Bitter herbs come from magpie fertilizer.

Mary and her little lamb
Looked at their garden waste
For what were lovely plants
Were now beyond awful taste

They called in the FBI
Who declared it toxic soup
And huddled with their clipboards
In very worried group

"Weapon of mass destruction"
She heard the agents say
So Mary and her little knee
Got on their knees to pray

Apparently some of them Magpies
Had put Bitter Spirits in the stew
Tried to shred their evilness
Even flushing down the loo

Stay tuned dear avid reader
For we know not what will happen next
But no doubt we'll all know shortly
In the next verse and text :ugeek:

Mary and her little lamb
Were discussing a bird and bee
For the little lamb was at that age
We've all come to know as puberty

Mary wracked her memory
What she had been taught at school
But it was pretty vague, something about
If you cross a horse with a donkey you get a mule

"Trouble is" Mary explained to her little lamb
"We were supposed to be as pure as snow
So when it came to the birds and bees
The lesson was two letters, "NO!!!"

Now dear reader
I'd explain the birds and bees myself
But better you get the facts straight
So I suggest a book off the Library Shelf
