I guess anything can work if it is done right and the heart is right but I can't imagine NTM doing enough change to ever overcome their dictatorial bond. I know many board members of these mission boards I mentioned and I would not trust them with anything, especially change. They certainly have not come along side the victims of sin from these missions they serve on. They seem to want it covered up just as much as the mission itself does. Most outside boards (that I know anyway) are self perpetuating and that in itself is a problem. This is just my observation serving in missions since 1975 and I certainly don't have all the answers but thankful we do not serve with a mission board any longer we are out of a church.

You people are about the bravest I have ever seen in trying to get results for sins of the past and I guess the present as well. If you are successful you will stop the sins of the future for NTM. These are children we are talking about, children who are now adults that have to live with the fact that "missionaries" abused them. Is anybody listening? I said missionaries were abusing children. These mission board/agencies have time on their hands and so I imagine they think this will someday just go away and then they can get on with their so called ministry. I am so disappointed in the churches as they are the real reason NTM and all the other sin sick mission board/agencies are able to keep on keeping on. If you have time please check out bangladeshmksspeak and I have told them to check out this forum. You are not an isolated case when it comes to the "precious" missionaries of these boards being protected. Full stop.
