I think the movement Jason Borneo is detecting is the frantic preparation for Hurricane Matthew.

This is much more frightening than the judgment of God.

Larry, did you notice the word "speedy"?
The accused would appear to benefit from speed.
Why? The clouds of suspicion and doubt which linger and fester . . . those issues are dealt with and the accused (and the community) can move forward.

Delay hurts all sides.
Delay will even catch up with a Sidebotham or two.
