So, it is IHART who chooses the members of the Recommendations Panel, called in the case of Gary Earl, the Independent Panel. It was these clowns who told NTM that beating a young girl's bottom till it bled did not meet the standard for "dismissal."

NTM, of course, slavishly followed that ill considered recommendation. They are responsible for that.

IHART is responsible for choosing the (unnamed) Recommendations (aks Independent) Panel. And the Panel is responsible for their own lack of sympathy and insight.

I wouldn't trust any of them. They may be nice people, but they are all in way over their pay grades.

When you need medical care, you look for a doctor. When you need legal advice, contact an attorney. If you think NTM isn't doing the very few things that it is doing in order to avoid more legal actions, then you don't understand how corporations work.

My post was totally off base. I should have waited until I had solid confirmation from primary sources, as you did.
