Isn't that a nice summary of Frank Parker's life?

Isn't it neat how New Tribes protects its reputation.

That obituary has never been amended in Family News.

Nor will it ever be.

New Tribes has made a calculated decision.

The abuse to my sister happened 25-27 years ago.

No lawsuit has been filed.

No criminal charges have been filed.

New Tribes officially, in terms of communication to its members and supporters, as to the abuse committed by Frank Parker......its official word is the obituary.

In Brazil, in Portuguese, they sent out a letter in October of 2010.....a CYA letter, focused on intimidating my parents, parsing through phrases, and then semi-admitting that the "allegations" did in fact possibly amount to allegations of sexual abuse in today's world. A few weeks later (after my sister's "confidential" interview with investigators), MNTB issued a much more contrite letter (to my sister only...not to their members)............it's obvious they had instant access to her statement, realized their butts were in a sling, apologized for things they claimed happened before they became leaders.............and that's it.

So: my sister is abused; she reveals her abuse; MNTB/NTM intimidate my parents; Frank dies and has nice obituary printed in the Family News; MNTB blasts away at my family; a confidential interview goes viral in triber leaderville; a metrosexual apology is issued to my sister; a triber family visits my sister, talking about the good ol' days with Frank Parker; the IHART investigator says I've treated him with disdain.

Who were the leaders, Mr. Scott Ross?

Who were the leaders providing the "leadership counsel"?

The most distressing aspect Scott Ross seems to be worried about is addressing my sister's abuse needlessly for the second time.

Thanks New Tribes.

That sums up our value as human beings to New Tribes.

They didn't need us. We got in the way. We hindered the ministry. So if dozens were sexually abused and traumatized for the rest of their lives.....New Tribes didn't care.....the important thing was not to interfere with the ministry, isn't that right, Mel Wyma.

If you doubt that, read Macon Hare's article (also posted on this website) where it's obvious parents were to choose between "ministry" and their kids.
