How does a lawsuit rank on the disdain-o-meter?

If Hermano files a lawsuit for my sister, would that be more or less disdainful than posting anonymously, trying to get somebody somewhere to do something about something?

Hmmmmmmmm, I'm stuck in a little country at the bottom of the world (not in the Empire Pub, which I think would still exist), so my options for taking a lawsuit against an organisation that really doesn't exist in said country are restricted.
My only role is to provide back up and support, at this stage.

However having had previous dealings with NTM leadership and having a good insight into the mentallity of to many older male NTMers and ex NTMers, I suspect posting anonymously serves only the purpose of enlightening the masses as to the true extent of this mess we find ourselves embroiled in.
In some way I hope that bringing to the attention of the masses the extent of the sexual offending (which is a crime), will remove the fence that far to many sit on, so that they will have to decide which course of action they need to take.
Thus using the carrot and stick approach, my humble opinion is that we are running low on carrots and the option of using the legal stick I have no disdain for whatsoever.

It remains an individual choice, but when other options are removed one by one, it could become one of two choices, i.e. doing nothing or taking legal action. The former has not appeal to me.

Maybe we should ask Herman about filing a big-ass lawsuit....maybe we could call it a class-action. We could sue for:

a) all of the cases of sexual child abuse;
b) all of the cases of intentional infliction of emotional distress;
c) all of the cases of battery;
d) all of the cases of assault;
e) nuisance;
g) negligence;
h) defamation;
i) invasion of privacy
j) fraud
k) negligent misrepresentation
l) interference with contractual relations
m) interference with prospective advantage
n) and injurious falsehood
o) trespass
p) false imprisonment;


Mr. Ramirez, I don't mean any disdain.....just getting warmed up here on a Friday morning. Already had my sausage biscuit....mixed in a dash of sweet tea with my unsweet tea.....but here's the deal.....maybe (and I say this without any disdain).....it would be simpler if we all asked Herman to just file a big lawsuit and throw it all at the wall......and if the judiciary will come out of its little man cave and disregard what's politically expedient or what seems to be convenient (New Tribes Mission....them there is good people....just servin' God overseas....these crazy kids come back here and get mixed in with the world and get crazy ideas and start seein' dollar signs...we'll show them)....maybe that would save us all a lot of time.
