Mangotree: I can tell you are trying really hard not to offend anyone. It's almost comical. I appreciate the comment about my family. In light of my past especially, I would never defend someone when sin was involved no matter how much I loved them and wanted to make things easier for them. But I'm quick to come to someone's defense when they've been wrongfully accused. I have been wrongfully accused so many times and it hurts so much. Conflicted: if you're still out there, you can come back. It's ok.

By the way, survivor, I always admired your family as well. I have many fond memories of swimming at your house. Like I said in my (only) previous post, there were many good and godly people at Via as well. Despite the fact that the circumstances for the creation of this forum is really unthinkable, I am glad that Via alumni have been able to connect (even if only behind pseudo-names), grieve, and laugh.

Wasn't offended, just want to see us all work together. Sorry but I do not look at it as your school or a different country. That will divide all in the end. I look at it as an act from an ORG, NTM, that has affected us all. the abuse they have handed out had no boarders, countries, schools or jungles. it is clear it has been the same in all. So when I read about your school all I see is fellow men/women that have been affected by the same people. I work for all. and I hope we all can find a common ground, ABUSE by NTM.

In reconnecting with a fellow MK friend by phone, I stated that in reading and sharing on this forum, must of the past has been made clearer, and for me, some of the baggage I carried around for years as the result of my "behavior" at Via--what I thought was my fault--I can now relate it wasn't. Much of it, was the product of twisted minds and abuse under the guise of "leadership" or "counsel" (aka spiritual manipulation).

I understand that the way I was violated was "de minimus" compared to what others of my dear, dear friends experienced, but this forum HAS been healing, validating, and therapeutic!

Standing with all of my "brothers and sisters" til justice is done!!
