I understand that it is good company/organization policy to let the people have their say when issues arise. Let the people air their grievances so to speak in order to take the sting out of the issues and present a face of concern/understanding. Also provides them with more time to dance around the issues. (Are NTMers still not allowed to dance?.....shuffle then. You may hear this sort of terminology used by the organization.
"We hear what you are saying"....which actually means..(we don't care what you're saying and in my scheme of things you're a pest)
"We understand your concerns"...which actually means..(we don't care what you are saying and I'm tired of hearing about your issues)
"We would like everyone to put their concerns in writing and submit it to their area manager".....
which actually means....(That will give us another 3 months before they go feral on us again!)
