Beautiful poem, Bemused, and quite right...I am very thankful for the support of my DH behind the scenes as he's loved me through a lot of junk. We're back from our trip, got back on Thursday, but I've been dealing with getting over a flu bug as well as my kids being sick as it's made the rounds. We had a good time, but it's good to be back and have some down time. I've been catching up here...lots to read! Blessings! |

Agree, agree, agree. If you've got a fantastic partner who supports you as you toil through the mess of the past or spend the time helping others through their journey, give thanks from the bottom of your heart and make sure they know that you appreciate them. Taking someone for granted is one of the best ways to get traded in for a younger model sisters! And if you have a caring man, believe me the younger models will have noticed and we all know what some of us a capable of!!!!!! Of course this would never happen in the good Christian circles that we circulate in ay? Yeah right, just like there was never any affairs going on in PNG and most other fields. Good on Bemused for starting this thread, everyone of us with a supportive partner should be posting here our unending gratitude. Mrs Bemused is one lucky woman. |

I'm not sure that Mrs Bemused would agree that she is "one lucky woman", more of a very patient and understanding individual  .Of course Bemused knows that he is "one lucky man"  .

Yes, unending, unending gratitude! That never stops! Because that's what unending is--- Forever and ever. And ever. And a day. Taking you for granted? NO WAY! What else could I take you for-- Other than 'granted?' Lots and lots! Ice cream Steak and bake Ice cream cake A swim in a lake An ice cream shake A snooze and a wake An ice cream break A fancy dinner make I REALLY LIKE ICE CREAM But I love you more! Wake up and don't snore! (I'm talking to you) When you get bored I'm going right back to FE so fast! But I love you first, second and last.
