Jane Doe (with no number) has remained a major mystery.

Some have told me she is one of the Fanda survivors, but I do not know that for sure. To my knowledge she has never made herself known here on Fanda Eagles.

She first filed her suit in July of 2011. Almost three years ago! She is being represented by Tiffany Faddis.

The other two plaintiffs, Jane Doe 7 and Jane Doe 25 were/are both represented by Jeff Herman.

We have seen the full text of the complaints or suits filed by Jane Doe 7 and Jane Doe 25.

But we know nothing about Jane Doe, the one whose case now may be going before a jury.

I scanned back through this entire thread, and from everything I've been able to find, this case relates to Fanda.

I'm also trying to find the source I once found before which had the actual complaint document for one of the other cases to see if I could find anything on this one but no luck so far.

I finally found the source of the other complaint document. I was a news outlet. Not sure how they got it, but nothing of any substance on this one.

I thought this person was Canadian.
But I can't find the reference.
So I probably shouldn't say anything?

Does this mean the Jane Doe lawsuit will definitely go to a jury trial?

But not until June of 2015?

Almost a year from now??
