MKR I'm to totally with you on that one.

I'm trying to understand something... You have all already done interviews with IHART and given them your information vulnerably, trustingly, and AFTER you gave them your precious gifts of sharing your stories, they put someone on their team who you wouldn't have trusted your story to??? This woman, who doesn't seem to advocate for MKs, now has access to your stories and you weren't asked first? Right?

MKs are usually not asked for input, SW.
MK info can be used any way ntm wants.
Some did not give their stories for that reason.
Some had other reasons not to that were just as valid.
And some said they were helped by having someone listen to them.
Every someone is not the right someone.
But who knew?

Savvy, you're absolutely correct. I would not have met with the author of that article. I wish I had not been trusting. It will not happen again.

A quote from NTM's Nov.6 statement about Pat Hendrix's departure and her replacement:

"We believe that having Ms. Sidebotham coordinate the IHART process is the best path forward. She will be able to provide new avenues of communication, implement current best practices standards and will further ensure the privacy of those who have entrusted their stories to IHART."

New avenues of communication?

18 days later, there is still no contact information for Theresa Lynn Sidebotham on the NTM website. (http://usa.ntm.org/historical-reviews ) No statement from Theresa. No word on what happens next.

New avenues of communication .... smoke signals, perhaps? Morse code? Crickets?

Perhaps every correspondence replied to is charged for, like most legal firms do. So therefore to cut costs, no correspondence is entered into.

Meanwhile, in my first correspondence with Pat Hendrix, she reassured me that IHART would travel Downunder to interview MKs. Wonder if that is still going to be the case?
Second thoughts, probably not worth bothering with, I've gone off the idea now .
