Anyone heard from Pat Hendrix lately? Just wondering how long I should wait before resending my acceptance of NTM's generous offer of an apology?

I don't think anyone's getting any responses, from anybody.

I never got a single response to the e-mail I sent to a number of people regarding Lori's request for termination and information dissemination.

I'm just curious: Isn't it common courtesy to at least acknowledge the receipt of e-mails with this level of serious content?

I guess I don't recall having an etiquette class in New Tribes Bible Institute.

I do remember though, that we all had to take a class called Ethics.

Yes. Ethics.

Definition: moral principles that govern a person's or group's behavior.

Didn't get any replies myself, perhaps the NTM computer is overwhelmed with large volumes of e-mails, or they are being deleted before they are delivered?

Meanwhile I shall wait patiently . . . .

I would be almost certain that the leadership has issued a gag order to all members worldwide, that they are NOT to communicate to anyone outside (and perhaps even inside) NTM about this situation.

And as has been the standard operating procedure, the leadership won't discuss it either.

Silence is so typical.

And when worried passengers ask why they are now being tethered to the rails of the ship, they will be assured it's simply a precaution to keep them from falling overboard as the ship is intentionally listed on its side.

"The captain has everything under control."

But who is the real captain? I don't think it is the one wearing the uniform, I think it is one of the shadowy figures on the bridge who is at the helm.
The "sailing by faith navigation system" has been updated and the unreliable "faith" componentry replaced by "sponsor raising". Legal manuals have filled the bridge bookshelf and the old trusty Bible is now used to justify the altered course.

Oh look there is a little tugboat and it's throwing implements on the deck to cut those tethers. And some sharks are circling, waiting, waiting. I can see some salvage boats, waiting to pick up the spoils and lifeboats rowing furiously away.

Sorry, I digress, who is the real captain?
