According to this article David Doyle is or was NTM's Attorney and he has been reluctant to comment in the past.

Now what about this quote from the same article.

New Tribes spokeswoman Nita Zelenak would not comment on the new case, but she said most of the children who were sexually abused at Fanda have settled during mediation and opted not to sue.

The abuse, she said, happened. "We're very sad about it, and we're sorry for the damage that was done by those people that chose to abuse."

Note that an apology is given for what abusers did, but no mention of the cover up, oops. Also note that there has been mediation and settlements. Do I assume correctly that means $$$$ changed hands? And if so, what will happen to the Downunder MKs if other fields take the option to mediate. I'd hazard a guess the same thing that happened all those years ago, we won't even register on the radar, didn't then, probably won't now.

This is the only time I have seen "NOTICE OF UNAVAILABILITY" in the detailed information on the three different lawsuit cases.

Perhaps this is the first time in three years that this poor guy has been able to take a vacation!

Raz I wish somehow the settlements would not have gag orders on them. If it hit the media what NTM is having to pay out it could make a big difference.

You are correct this is a very long winding road with many deep and dark valleys. But I do believe that the churches and missions are beginning to see this is something that comes up more often than every ten years or so. (As stated in one of the Christianity Today articles a few years ago) If missions realize this will keep coming up with more and more people knowing about it maybe somewhere down the road we will get results.

Bemused I don't have an answer for you about those living in other countries. I do know of one that NTM flew back to US hear her story. Sorry she didn't get great results. Is there any reason living outside US keeps you from taking NTM to court?

So does that mean that there are more abused MKs who have done mediation than the 2 we know of
and this other case that is pending?
Does one have to file a case to get to mediation?
Because we know of only 3 cases.
How does that cover "most" of the abused Fanda MKs?
