How does racism impact or generate or contribute to child abuse?

Why would New Tribes submit to local authorities......when the local authorities have a darker skin color?

People that see themselves as superior have a harder time admitting they were wrong.

Racism indirectly contributes to child abuse in foreign countries because the "whites" don't see themselves as accountable to local authorities, in part because of their sense of superiority.

This psychotic focus on blind submission to leadership.........totally contrary to Scripture.

The incredible and current silence of 3,000 missionaries regarding the sexual child abuse at the boarding schools operated by their employer is proof positive that the "leadership" cult is still very active.

How could grown adults remain silent in the face of child abuse where the victims are their children, nephews and nieces, relatives of all degrees, friends of co-workers, etc.?

There are also so many family connections, which further cement the leadership culture.
There are so many marriages between triber families.
There are so many 2nd, 3rd and perhaps 4th generation triber missionaries.
