I believe your prayer is being answered, Bemused.

Because of Fanda Eagles, some who thought they would never fly have found their wings.

The air is great up here! And we are not flying alone!!

And yes, the view is fantastic!!

I see on my profile that it's almost 2 years since Bemused discovered Fanda Eagles and nearly 3000 posts latter he is still here.
Ironic really, spent my childhood saying very little and now seem to have discovered the gift of the written gab

It's been a most amazing journey, some sorrow for a childhood lost and years wasted wandering around with unresolved questions. But so much gratitude needs to be expressed for having been given the opportunity to speak out and face the demons of the past and to in turn be able to help others to realize a much fuller potential in life.

Who knows where our journeys will take us in the future, but for the time being it is nice to momentarily pause and reflect on this journey so far and genuinely smile.

Truly living is when you wake up in the morning and pull back the curtains and see what sort of day it is, then decide how, when and with who you will fly that day.
Truly living is when you can wear a purple flying suit and look in the mirror and laugh at how crazy you are and still like yourself.
Truly living is when you can contact a friend and ask if they would like to join you flying that day and whichever way they reply, you know they will still be your friend.
Truly living is when your family genuinely smile at your take off and loop de loops and if alas your family is unable to do so, you just do it anyway.
Truly living is when you can trust God, in whatever form you perceive God to be, to watch over your safety, just because that is what God does.
Truly living is when you you can fly through rain clouds, but be wise enough to avoid the ones which are to dangerous.
Truly living is when you land and your friends gather round to ask how your flight was, because they are genuinely interested.

Truly living is flying free as a bird.
