No, Yunker, it was recommended that NTM apologize to the victims.
BUT-no one can make anyone offer a genuine repentance.
It wouldn't be genuine if it's orchestrated.
And NTM should know what they should have done a LONG time ago.
According to what we were all taught.
They just don't do what they teach.

Yunker, the "Repentance Retreat" recommended by GRACE in their Fanda report has become the subject of a running and humorous discussion here.

Most abused MKs would never again want to be in the same room as their abusers, or those who protected and covered up for their abusers. Even if the recommended purpose was for such people to "repent" and seek forgiveness.

So the suggestion was that NTM could just fully finance a therapeutic (and maybe fun) MK reunion in some exotic place.



Maybe the closest we're going to get to such a gathering might be the MK Safety Net Conference in Chicago next April.
