Perhaps this is as good a place and time as any to tell you all this... My wife and I, after 20 years in NTM, are resigning.
We have been at NTM Aviation for the past 10 years where I have been a builder (of homes, not airplanes! Now that would have been a disaster!!

) But for the past 2+ years work has been very slow. My supporters are paying me to fulfill a full-time position, and if I were an employer I could not justify what I do as a full-time position. So out of integrity to our supporters we are leaving NTM Aviation.
We are also resigning from NTM. This is not a decision we have come to quickly or lightly. We don't hate NTM -- quite frankly we have loved most of our time and co-workers in the organization -- and we still completely agree with the goals of NTM with regard to evangelism. We highly value those who are pursuing tribal evangelism and do not in any way believe that they should imitate our decision.
But we have personal concerns about the organization that we have unsuccessfully attempted to address over the past few years, and at this point we believe the best choice we can make is to resign. I have seen too many who, in my opinion, have quit and stayed, and that decision is ultimately detrimental to them and to those they love.
We have remained content in our ministry because we are serving God, not NTM. But is has become obvious to us that it is time for something new. And we don't want to quit and stay.
