A New Tribe's spokeswoman said a note was distributed internally about Kennell's arrest.

The communication said in part, "We are heartsick that children have been victimized. While we are trying to confirm whether there is a connection between the accused's personal actions and our organization, we have put the accused on immediate leave."

Yeah. What did that even mean???

If Scott Kennell wasn't specifically instructed by NTM's Executive Board to produce pornography featuring tribal children, then there really was no connection, or responsibility, or obligation on the part of his mission organization???

What about accountability?

Dean Van Vliet tried to blackmail my parents into keeping quiet and suggested they muzzle me back in 1997.

Bad mistake, it cost NTM $ for doing that.

My parents paid dearly for their association with NTM, they were stripped of their assets and dignity. But when my father became aware of the sexual abuse scandal, he said it was none of his concern and that he did not care about MKs.

The big question is why would he do the unthinkable and go against moral principles?

His stance no doubt won him favours with his old NTM cronies, but in the end I supect he paid the ultimate price for that decision.

This whole scandal is having far reaching consequences, on lives and the health of many involved, whether they be victims or those who have chose to participate in the coverup.
