We have received some direction from the Director of Personnel, Brian Coombs, the following:

For anyone seeking help with counseling, they just need to write to dcp@ntm.org and they will be given the necessary steps to receive help. There are payment forms that need to be filled out and our team will assist in getting that accomplished so that assistance is given.

Please reach out and avail yourselves of the fund which was created for YOUR benefit.

I’m taking them at their word. We have not been given further clarification regarding the scope of the purpose of the MK fund. I would encourage any NTM/Ethnos360 MK to reach out and claim what is offered.

I hope that those who reach out for assistance from the counseling fund would let us know how it goes for them. If this is restricted to just USA MKs, this should be disclosed. And any other undisclosed rules and policies about the fund, like types of counseling, frequency, duration, etc.
