The IHART report(s) could easily be drafted to allow third-parties to read the report without reading the details of the abuse itself. The GRACE report did this very well.
One reason Triberville doesn't want the reports to circulate is so that it doesn't have to explain why this person or that person was included or excluded from the list of those responsible.
Example: the Via school board learned about Frank Parker from Memories' mother in 1983 (if not before). From 83 until 1993 when Frank was taken out of the dorm and put on maintenance (perhaps to have access to more children), dozens of men served on the school board and field committee. Stan Donmoyer was present and active at Via during this entire period, except for two furloughs, perhaps (if I remember correctly, they were in the States from 1984-85, and then probably 90-91). Stan is not a member of an NTM royal family. He used to work for AT&T, I think, before joining the mission. Alton Cothron is not a member of an NTM royal family either. He arrived in Brazil in 1950. He worked with a tribe in southern Brazil, worked at the Bible school in Jacutinga, then went to the Bible school in Macedonia, in northeast Brazil. The only time I remember seeing him close to Via, was during the annual field conference which occurred in July before the school year started. Macedonia to Via, by car, back then, was probably a 40 to 50 hour trip. Then, in January of 1993, Alton was asked to head the field committee. That same semester, my sister told the school board about Frank's abuse. So to me, (I know Rich Rayl compared NTM to Texaco, but I need a car comparison today), NTM is like GM. They recently appointed a woman as CEO, and then suddenly all of this recall scandal breaks loose, and then it turns out GM has known about these problems for years. IHART, blood is thicker than water. If you need a diagram of the royal tree at NTM, we can provide you one.
