I hope there are many New Tribes missionaries who will read your post, and in particular, these words:
"Hopefully other schools will have better results from their investigations. Via's was a bust. A joke. But it was a victory for NTM."
This, in my opinion, is the measure by which we should determine what value, if any, there is in these investigations.
If they provide validation, help and healing to the MKs who were abused, then they are worth the time, the money and the emotional investment.
If they don't, then what is the point??
New Tribes Mission, you have the opportunity to make some significant alterations in the process, so that the Panama MKs don't experience the same disappointment in the investigation into their field and their school.
It is not too late! Please take heed to the message expressed by Cagey Mango!
Please do not repeat this process in the same disastrous way!
No more busts! No more jokes!
