The Governor of Virginia, Bob McDonnell graduated from the law school I attended. I've worked with him in the past. Again, both he and his office are VERY accessible and open. Any google search will get his office, number, and contact information.

And they WILL take what you have to say seriously!

Mahal Ko, Publius and Ornery: I so much wish Mahal Ko success in this attempt to expose this pedophile, but this is where I believe we will run into a dead end. Because no formal charges have ever been brought against this man. He has never, to my knowledge, been convicted of any sex crimes, He is not listed on any registry. So "Innocent until proven guilty". I would anticipate that all the recipients of this information will fear to go anywhere with it, as, even if they check things out, they will find nothing in any public record.

I have to agree with Raz that legal recourses are probably very limited, but on the other hand, adverse publicity can be a powerful tool. Just be careful that you don't get yourself into trouble.

Thanks, but... I'm not sure how I could get into trouble. The NTM Field Committee KNEW about him after one came forward. THEY sent him home and supposedly contacted the State of Virginia about him back in 1993. I can back up my claims.

I just meant don't cross the line into actions that might result in legal action against you. Ornerythorny night be able to advise you in that regard.
