On African Americans in NTM. When I was in the training, we had a terrific African American couple. They completed the training but could never get enough support to go to the field. One of the biggest challenges to African Americans is that most come out of Armenian Churches, churches that do not believe in eternal security. So, following the training, it is hard for them to get support because of their belief in the eternal security of the believer. Just something to keep in mind.
