Very wise words, for that is how much of this mess started in the first place. One of the hallmarks of abusers is to isolate their victim and condition them to think that it is just they who are on the receiving end of the abuse. They set the idea that it would be wrong to talk and guilt prevails.

The days of being alone are over, if we choose them to be. And there is no better time like the present to choose not to be alone, for each day that goes by without reaching out is another day of loneliness, guilt and reprieve for those who have done the harm.

None of us mere mortals have all the answers, but we do have compassion, two ears and some digits that go lickerty split on the keyboard (well some of us can type, others do the two finger shuffle).

So to many who feel as Lori did before posting--
May you find the encouragement to go public
And help the others who just can't.
The pressure on ntm must be stepped up.
People have to know how evil all of this is
And how widespread.

We can buzz and bite
And write
For you.
But we can't tell your stories.

You'd better check the Rapture hasn't taken place and that is why there is no word from IHART, NTM and Free Tom.

Only us MKs with "Bitter Spirits", who can't "forgive an forget" and are Sympathetic Agnostics are left behind to face the Troubleation.
