Pat said the scope of IHART's investigation would be from 1959-2004, and they had names of 1,056 students to attempt to contact.
As of January 2013, Pat already had a perpetrator list with 42 names on it!
At that point, they had just only begun to scratch the surface in their investigation process.
By the time Theresa finished the process, 245 MKs from Tambo had been interviewed.
31 people were found to have "some level of misconduct". 15 of those were not deemed to deserve dismissal from NTM.
So it would appear to me that out of the 42 people whose names were already on a list three years ago, plus however many more were added in the years following, in the end, only 16 people "had actions that were determined to be at a level that required dismissal by NTM policy standards".
These numbers speak for themselves, as far as I am concerned.
