The boldfaced quotations below are taken from email messages from Bing Hare and Oli Jacobsen of New Tribes Mission, Inc. These have convinced me that New Tribes Mission is in possession of information that is germane to the criminal prosecution of Les Emory in the Republic of the Philippines. Therefore, on October 23, 2010, I sent the following request to New Tribes Mission, asking them to send me, via registered mail, notarized copies of evidence to support their statements. Four days later, on October 27, 2010, Tibby Westcott replied. She said she had asked for advice on how they can help with the information I requested; she hoped to hear something that day. She promised to be in touch as soon as she heard anything. She did not tell me from whom she asked advice, or when she did so. I have still not heard back from her. 1.
