Too bad there's not a way to "like" a comment on here like you can on facebook. So this is me "liking" Sherpa Dude's comment.

Thanks to all of you! This site could never have worked if it was just my voice, or just Bonnie's, but all of our voices have clamored together for truth and justice. What a long, strange, beautiful journey. I love each one of you.

I'm about to embark on a 6 month hiking trip. I'm starting in Georgia and following the spring as it moves north on the Appalachian trail. I'm hoping for some stillness of mind and to make this hike a kind of meditation. Bonnie will be moderating the forums in the meantime and I'll be checking in whenever I get a chance. I read every post made on here. These forums are an encouragement to me. I still have many bad days though, so don't be discouraged if you do as well.

We have a chance as abused MKs not just to someday become as whole as we would have been without the abuse but we have the chance to get put back together by God in a way that makes us as brilliant as diamonds. Makes us unstoppable. I'm embracing that gift today.

Have a good hike, Kari, I can't imagine doing that! Those mountains are truely beautiful.
