Someone mentioned the importance of prayer on another thread. I agree. Let's gather together (in the virtual sense) and pray our hearts out. Will you join?

Oh God, We need you so bad. Life hurts so bad sometimes and nothing makes sense. Sometimes it just hurts so bad and I feel like quitting on everything, including on You! Keep holding us, keep helping us. I'm not coming before You pretending to know anything about what You are doing or why You allow so much pain. I just keep holding onto believing that there is no hope for any good outcome without You. So I just keep coming to You. We keep coming to You. Will You meet us here?

Lord Jesus,

You came to bind up the broken hearted and to set the captives free, to proclaim release from darkness for the prisoner and good news to the poor.

Lord, we cry out to you! For those of us broken-hearted, those of us bound by shame and tormented by fear, weighed down with sorrow and weak with grief. Move as only you can. May your Kingdom break through this darkness like never before. Let this be the year we leave our grave clothes behind.

Thank you Lord for walking with me out of the wilderness. I can`t imagine making on my own.

Here we are God. So hurt. What can heal us? Only You. Only You. Please do Your work in us. Oh great Healer, I find such peace in You.

God, We need to experience your love for us. Not just know it in our heads. We need to feel your arms around us. We need to hear your words of reassurance. We need to see your love for us in tangible, physical ways. Some of us our barely holding on God! Hold on to us. You know we are human, we are weak and frail. So we call out to you to do the holding and the helping.

We aren't calling out to anybody else. We are calling out to You. You are Help. You are Hope. We ask you to be who you are in our lives. May you be lifted up and seen for who you really are.

Lord, please send Your healer and comforter to Broken Angel. Please wrap her in your love and grace and deliver her from her terrors. This I pray in Jesus name. Amen.

God, I am praying tonight for a good night for Broken Angel and for all of us. Protect our minds from Satan's lies. Lead us into truth. We need Your truth to light our way. We need Your truth to do battle. We need Your truth to heal. We wait here for You to teach us, hold us, and help us. Be Light and Truth in our hearts tonight.

Oh God, You are strength in our weakness. YOU are the refuge we seek. We need You so much. Please comfort those who have been hurt so badly by NTM, especially the MKs who were given such a wrong picture of who You are. God please show your love and grace to them. Oh God, it is so horrible to think about ... that the ones who misrepresented You did not have a true picture of You either. Only the true picture of who You are will heal this mess. Be our strength, our comfort, our refuge. And somehow God, please live your life through us and make us channels of Your healing, even in our weakness.
