NTM is telling their members and loyal supporters a very different story. Bit of research easily finds out what members are being told.
Essentially it goes along the lines of, there was some abuse in the past, but it wasn't much and it has been dealt with. No mention of Scott Kennell, Gary Earl and other recent offenders.
Remember this is the organisation that told its members a jailed pedophile was on "mental health" leave, when he was in jail. And it is the organisation that still has two pedophiles that it is sheltering, but of course we'll have to wait a while before they are dealt with or let quietly out the back door if to many people find out.

It has been three weeks since IHART posted their Summary Report on their investigation into child abuse in Panama.

NOT ONE WORD about the conclusion of the Panama abuse investigation, or about the report which is now available to the public.

Why are you keeping silent about this, NTM? Aren't you proud of the fact that this investigation is finally finished, and your supporters can finally read the conclusions?

When these abuse reports first started surfacing, years ago, following the publishing of GRACE's report on Fanda, NTM was quite open on their website about their concern about MK abuse.

Now, there is silence.

Why is that, NTM?

And its very very sad.

I'm wondering why they even bother. Almost any of us could have written that report years ago, with just a few emails and phone calls. If they have no intention of naming names, and not taking any action as result of the investigations, it's all just an exercise in futility. And a complete waste of time (at the very least) for those who were abused.

It makes the line from pg 1 of the Panama report seem like a bunch of hot air:

"NTM wants to make every effort to express to MKs that it values their lives, and NTM deeply regrets the suffering they have endured."

No names.

No real information about consequences.

It matters to us, if someone was dismissed from the mission. It matters to us if someone's churches and donors were notified of the offenses they committed. It all matters very much to us. And if you won't name names, if you won't tell us who received consequences and what those consequences were, then we will continue to doubt your word.

You have not shown yourself to be trustworthy to us, NTM. So your words are empty. There is no proof of your caring, or your regret.

Nothing. Nothing at all.
