Theresa Sidebotham has indicated that Pii "unfortunately" didn't include leadership culpability in their Panama report, so now she must painstakingly take on that task. In light of the fact that she is good friends with Scott Ross, legal counsel for NTM, it does indeed seem unlikely that she will take a hard-line approach against Panama leadership.

I read her July update on the IHART website yesterday. The words look so reassuring. I expect the results to be very different.

Games. Games are something children play. "Let's pretend..." Yeah, lets pretend to care .... lets see how long we can keep this up before people finally figure out what's going on and stop expecting us to do the right thing, when we have no intention of truly doing so.

There was silence from Theresa Sidebotham on the IHART website during August. Today I see there is an update for September, 2015.

Bad news, Panama MKs. Tambo may be ahead of you in the investigation progress now. Unless Theresa can find reason to delay the completion of that one too.

None of us would be surprised if that happens.

IHART Progress Report September 2015

The investigative teams are continuing with interviews and compiling information toward the writing of final reports. I have been pleased with the effectiveness of the teams as they have travelled and coordinated their efforts to bring the interview portion of these investigations to a conclusion. The Bolivia team plans to begin writing their concluding documents near the end of September. It has been a long investigation and I am not able to predict at the time an exact concluding date for that writing process, but it's good to be shifting from interviewing to writing. The Panama team continues with interviews and is making good progress.

"Progress" very loosely applied!

From the April update, posted on the IHART website http://www.ihart.care/progress.html :

"The Panama Review continued with the Leadership Culpability Report being viewed by a Panel whose recommendations were then given to NTM. The final writing stage is now in progress with individual Statements of Findings being prepared and the Summary Report is also being written. It is time-consuming, given the large number of SoFs needed, but we are making every effort to conclude this phase in order to pass on the results to those who have made themselves available and vulnerable, and to see this process to completion."

IT IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL IT IS PUBLIC!

"Our original goals for this process have not changed."

I would suggest re-wording the rest of that paragraph, NTM. Maybe something like this would be more truthful:


Our original goals for this process have not changed. We will soothe our mission members, supporters and onlookers with pious platitudes about how much we care and how hard we are working at this process. We will pay attorneys (using our contingency funds) to advise us and direct things, so that we can claim to have little knowledge of the actual progress or lack of it, or "why things are taking so long". Meanwhile, (wink, wink), said attorneys will stall and stall, until abusers have passed on, MK survivors grow weary and walk away, the mission changes its name and claims to have no responsibility for what happened in the previous organization, or the Rapture comes. Bring back the King. And hurry it up.
