I want to state categorically IHART is not controlled by NTM. We are an independent group of investigators that NTM has contracted with to conduct the investigations. As I stated up front, formal communication will be at a minimum during the investigations as there is not much that can be reported. I will state again if you have any questions you can send me an e-mail or call me and I will be glad to talk with you. As to the statement about a web site, IHART is working on it. NTM does not censor any communication sent out by IHART.



As to my qualifications for this position – I have 10 years + experience in this field. The investigators have years of experience conducting investigations of abuse and are uniquely qualified.



IHART is not GRACE and has its own policies and procedures to comply with.

I guess the points outlined by the Panama mks are valid after all

The Via Report was SO MUCH different than the Fanda Report done by GRACE.

ihart doesn't believe in releasing the complete report, for one.
So what good is it?
The victims have to fight to find out what was found out.
And they already know.
Because they lived it.

This is alarming.
Via is all but silent on the matter.
Panama is waking up and has done an excellent letter to the EC.

The next school should demand GRACE.
