Hmmmmm. Yes, yes, I think that that would constitute a conflict of interest. But because the term conflict of interests is not a biblical term, and any wisdom from an outside of NTM source is suspect, they would have no reason to put that up to question.

I worked for several years for stateside Christian organizations--and suffered discrimination, inequality, injustice. I vowed to never again accept employment with anyone who was not an Equal Opportunity Employer.

These places think they do anything, be everyone.

I went to four years of Bible college. No management courses were available that ever addressed such things. Not even close.
