In the five days since I started this thread to try to discover how many MK abuse survivors are still hanging around, still reading, you can see the responses I have gotten from NTM MKs.

My heart is tired too.

I still read the posts regularly. I feel like I don't have much to contribute but the posts from others are a great source of encouragment to me. So thank you to all who post!

Raz, sometimes I think we just need to breathe... and seeing the abuse continue (though in another form!) just hurts too much.
See, we are all very human and have feelings. Our feelings have been abused. We have gone thru our personal stories of abuse in detail maybe for the first time in DECADES and that hurts so much.
We may be believed by our interviewers but it does not mean that NTM or any other organization will give us justice, much less do anything about what they have allowed to happen (and continue to do so!!) to us.

Silence does not mean we are not present- it means that we have no voice at the moment, THIS moment.

But, be warned.
We will have OUR voice back.
We will have justice!
And we will be recompensed for the years - the decades - of suffering!!!!

Still here. Like Marie, I sometimes need to take time to breathe...to rest in the simple beauty and treasures of life in the here and now.

Here's to US..united in an uncommon cause by history....reclaiming and running with our dreams. Lending a hand to each other along the way....knowing the silence is broken.

I'm feeling a little more hopeful today ...

I think that as many of us have come to realize:

- NTM doesn't care
- NTM isn't going to change
- NTM has no intention of ever revealing what they know
- NTM will do everything they can to discredit anyone who opposes them

we've changed the way we view and use this site. That may be part of the reason many of the victims aren't as active here.
