If they are hiring lawyers, then the lawyers are quite possibly talking amongst themselves and forming "Best Practice Standards" e.t.c.

My husband is talking seriously about hiring a solicitor to clear his name. Some would think he has no case since he is not guilty of anything but when ABWE said the ones (besides Jay Walsh) they have investigated and found guilty are either dead, retired, resigned or terminated that puts my husband right in the midst of that since we were terminated. Why won't they name the other 8 who are guilty since they named Jay Walsh is beyond me. Maybe you can't those who are dead (I don't know the legal ramifications of that) but they could the ones who are retired, resigned or terminated at least. Since ABWE now has a new president my husband is going to ask them one more time to clear his name but I think he is probably wasting his time. He doesn't want it to be an empty threat but what $ price are we willing to pay? These organisations are self serving, selfish, sinful and so wrong. Full stop.

I wish you all the best in this. My own experience that when an organisation learns they are under serious threat they will suddenly forget God, the love of Jesus and compassion. Bullying and bluffing will be the tactic, hoping that you back down. Of course it always helps to have very powerful friends as allies, if you know what I mean .

Keep a record of all correspondence and remember they will fight hard to maintain what is most important to them, $$$$$$, you are trying to have the truth come out to clear your name. So you are already ahead .

Thanks Bemused, Sometimes I wonder should we just forget it and get over it. My husband knows he is not one of the remaining 8 that are unnamed but that doesn't mean others know that. Why can't they just name them and get it over with? I know why they named Jay Walsh(I have documentation in my possession) but what would be the reason they won't name the other 8 who they say are guilty? I wonder if we are the only ones to want these named in the Showers Simms LLP investigation put public. My husband doesn't act in haste so I am sure he will make the right decision. A decision he shouldn't even have to make but I will quit for fear of repeating myself. Full stop.

I feel even more "not alone."

No reason to be alone!!!!! There are groups and individuals all over the world who have had enough of this abuse rubbish and the organisations who have let it happen.
Our voice is getting stronger and stronger. We are chainsawing and buzzing louder and louder. And slowly but surely we are being heard and it ain't us that is scared anymore!!!!!!!!
