Here's another slap in the face to the victims.
Les Emory's wife passed away from a heart attack. Here is her obituary in Family News.
- from Family News, January 1997, No. 122
Wendy Jean Emory September 17, 1952 -- November 8, 1996 Wendy was born in Norfolk, Virginia. She finished high school and later married. She and her husband, Les, completed missionary training, then served in the Philippines for ten years. Recently, while visiting her daughter, xxxx, in Georgia, Wendy had a massive heart attack and never recovered. She is survived by Les, and her children, xxxx, xxxx, xxxx, and xxxx. The funeral service was held in Wendy's home church in Chesapeake, Virginia.
So. let me get this right. NTM is not acknowledging he was a child molester at all, and that he SERVED NTM in the philippines. It should read " She and her husband, Les, Completed missionary training then were sent to the Philippines where her husband raped and molested every child he could get his hands on in the Philippines for 10 years."
That is eloquent testimony to the effectiveness of the cover-up. Had Les been in jail, where he belongs today, everyone would have known about it. Instead, it was kept hush-hush. My stomach is REALLY churning.
