Gary Earl, unless my memory is grossly mistaken, was a serving police officer, prior to his NTM days. He will have a file and probably taken an oath to uphold the law. Therefore he has breached the trust bestowed upon him, which will be of interest to those who take interest in such matters.

I note that Gary Earl is still on NTM's website (he will probably be taken off by tomorrow morning, as is the usual pattern). The promises of immediate termination and informing the home church are probably more lies.
My neighbour was Graham Edwards, his absence from the field was excused as "a mental health issue". He was actually in jail for his crimes. So there is a tract record of NTM lying about their offenders.

If you still trust NTM to sort this out properly, words fail me at your supreme faith. It is not going to happen!
