Yes I'd like to know the answer to this question also.

My last response took several attempts and was a terse rude reply that made no sense.

I have always maintained a pleasant approach when attempting to communicate with Pat, but after the last reply I will confess that I voiced my displeasure at being treated so incompetently and with contempt.

Needless to say that is unlikely to be getting a reply either.

And I am expected to allow IHART to handle some of my most personal details?

Yes, I think GRACE would have been treated all MKs that they corresponded with fairly and professionally. I just hope that because I have made no secret of my Downunder origins, that I am not relegated to the realms of irrelevancy, but given my experience so far with IHART, I am beginning to wonder .

It is really simple folks. NTM selected someone to head IHART that doesn't know what they are doing, because then they can control the process. If you have someone that victims get frustrated with, then you can claim they aren't cooperating when they get to the point of walking out on the process and wash your hands of them.

The real reason they got rid of GRACE was because they operated professionally and did an excellent job in a transparent manner. This meant the truth came out and NTM wants to control what truth comes out themselves.
