U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE)/Homeland Security is working tirelessly to protect children worldwide, and to prosecute Americans who engage in the exploitation of children.

It is encouraging to know they are actually making some arrests, and continue the hunt.

Here is an article from the Philippines, which shows an example of an operation which involved a cooperative effort between US agents and agents of the Philippines' NBI (National Bureau of Investigation).

There are way too many examples of this type of crime going on all over the world. If even one perpetrator can be brought to justice, I am grateful. But the magnitude of what is being done to innocent children every day is staggering to me.

The NZ police work with ICE on overseas operations. The ICE agents are held in high regard by our police.

Federal authorities say a missionary with the Sanford-based New Tribes Mission sexually abused several children and produced pornography of the acts.

Agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations began investigating Warren Scott Kennell after receiving a tip that he posted numerous photographs on a website used extensively by people trading child pornography, a criminal complaint said.

When Kennell arrived at Orlando International Airport on Friday from a flight that originated in Brazil, agents stopped him and found him in possession of three thumb drives and one external hard drive.

ICE/HSI is working tirelessly to apprehend some of the many child molesters who travel through American airports every day.

While a suspect is coming through security at an international airport, ICE has jurisdiction to search their luggage and computers.

PLEASE NOTE: Citizens may alert ICE any time, if they know of a pedophile who is travelling in or out of the country. This is a prime opportunity for these people to be stopped. Please be aware of this possibility, and contact ICE if you can help them nab one of these perpetrators!

Putting ourselves in ICE's or any other law enforcement agency's shoes, what would you be thinking?

Here is an organisation with case after case of historical child sexual abuse (lets leave emotional and spiritual out of the equation for the time being). Sexual abuse is a crime and a serious one. But this organisation went out of its way to cover up it's member crimes and has a poor record of helping victims.
It won't be seen as a nice religious organisation with a bit of hanky panky going on. It will be seriously being looked at as some sort of extreme group or cult with a prolific child abuse history that is still going on. Suspicions of networks of paedophiles will be ringing alarm bells and all the connections will be of interest.

Good luck to any person who thinks this won't impact on them. Anyone connected with NTM will be of interest, because they are in the scene of crimes. There won't be any religious excuses or defense of ignorance.

Closets are being forced open and this time they that open the doors won't take "no" for an answer.
