Change is tougher for some then for others: when Berean Mission dissolved and the remaining missionaries became part of UFM, now Crossworld, my parents both deflated. They had stayed with their chosen mission thru thick and thin . . .it would never be the same again, and wasn't. Now my husband and friends are pressuring me to leave the hospice that I work for, because of it's detrimental effects on my soul and body. It's soo hard to do that! Easy to say, hard to take the first step, hard to take the second step . . .Am praying for you Tuti, as you continue your personal journey.

THAT´S what I´d love to see - but do you think it´s possible, like traevbru said, nothing´s is ever going to be the same - and when something you love or feel loyal to is attacked, you´re going to feel hurt. Also, I keep coming back to what SittingDuck said - the whole structure of NTM is what´s wrong - the top heavy power system - just doesn´t work.

I hope that the people responsible will be punished but I don't know if that will happen. I read a story about a man who was prosecuted and put in jail for 5 years for war crimes in World War 11. He was in his late seventies early 80's. At first I did not know what to think but when I remember accounts of the atrocities of the holocaust then I think, yes that is right. I hope it does not take 60 years for NTM. So far as I know there has only been 1 prosecution Joel Price and that was through the church he was serving at not NTM. I do want to see some prosecutions in the future. I think getting the personnel records verified so they can hold up in court is an important part of this process.

I miss Sherpa Dude. We did not always see eye to eye, but he brought a valuable point of view to the conversation. I hope he is still climbing.
