I'm just wondering about any abuse of the local national or tribal people in any of these countries? Surely this has happened too?

And abuse BY nationals & tribal people. I've heard reports of that too. MKs are not safe just because they are kept home from the boarding schools.

It's happened all the way around in this mission. MK's abusing Natives, Natives abusing Mks, Missionaries abusing and treating natives like slaves, still going on. Just read a story that blew my mind about a month ago on the NTM page where the Missioners where pissed because the 7 men they told to watch their house while they where gone, didn't defend it from getting looted and burned down.

Yep we saved you so put your life at risk for us and save our home because we told you to!! Come on people, we have all seen it, the people having to build the airstrips, cut lumber for our homes you name it. So yes this is only the start of what will come out. interviews will take place natives will tell their story without fear of the mission. This will be a sweet day!!

One thing you all need to understand is the natives have different thoughts and standards on abuse. They don't go by our rules and what we have decided is acceptable behavior. Now I'm not saying it is right, but we did go to their country and half of us kids where left to wonder around naked with them, with no adults in site for hours on end. So how do tackle a culture that is years behind yours??
